LEADERSHIP
Michael J. Parnell
Michael has over twenty years of experience in the construction management industry. He has served as Senior Project Manager for several of the nation's largest builders, including Skanska and Hunter Roberts Construction Group. He has been responsible for the overall success of projects in excess of $162 million in contract value, most notably Red Bull Arena, in Harrison, NJ ($162M), and the Conrad Hotel in Battery Park, NYC ($120M). In his career, Michael has successfully completed over $564 million dollars of residential and commercial projects.
Michael has extensive experience in a wide range of market sectors, including residential, sports/entertainment, hotel, hospitality, retail, higher education, high-density housing, and pharmaceutical. He is uniquely qualified to bring a high level of construction management to the commercial and high-end residential building marketplace through MP Consulting Services.
Michael is a graduate of East Carolina University with a BS in Construction Management and has taught as an adjunct instructor at NYU's Schack Institute of Real Estate. He resides in Monmouth County, New Jersey with his wife Erin, son Nolan and daughter Ryan.
Nicholas Ofak
Nicholas has a wealth of experience in large scale, high profile, and very challenging commercial construction. Nicholas worked as a Project Manager for several of Philadelphia’s largest builders, including Hunter Roberts Construction Group, L.F. Driscoll and Shoemaker Construction. Some of Nick's notable projects were at Temple University, including the Liacouras Center Arena ($75M), Tyler School of Art ($75M) and Pearson-McGonigle Halls Additions and Alterations ($60M), and most recently the Ray and Joan Kroc Community Center for the Salvation Army ($55M).
He is an extremely focused professional with superior communication skills and has an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction. Nicholas also has extensive experience in numerous market sectors, including higher education, private development, mixed-use, retail, restaurant, broadcast and entertainment, athletic facilities, pharmaceutical, big-box retail, multi-family housing, hotel, medical, and corporate offices.
In his career to date, Nicholas has successfully completed over $465 million dollars of construction projects, all in the Delaware Valley market. Many of those projects were awarded as repeat business from former clients, primarily due to the trusted relationships Nicholas has built over his 26 years in the construction industry.
Nicholas is a graduate and former baseball player at Temple University with a B.S. in Civil Construction Engineering Technology, and an A.A. in Architectural Technology from H.A.C.C. He resides in Gloucester County, New Jersey with his wife Michelle, son Nicholas and daughter Alyssa.
